Glenbrook’s Rendi Dillard leaving for Lakeside

SIBLEY C Former Glenbrook girls head coach Rendi Dillard is heading to Lakeside to take the exact same position.

Dillard met with Lakeside Essential Denny Finley Tuesday morning and after tells you the two decided to make it endorsed, with Finley extending a job offer you.

“I’ve been wanting to get in the public classes system for awhile,Inches Dillard said. “I look at Lakeside and I notice a young team with thin air but up to go. I’m just excited for myself and those females. I hope to be here quite a while, that’s the plan.”

Dillard coached over Apaches into the playoffs in three-straight months. She said informing your ex Glenbrook players and Glenbrook AD Mark Dalton about her decision had not been easy.

“One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do,” Dillard said. “Glenbrook has been great to me. Teacher Dalton has been a wonderful teacher, mentor and supporter. He told me it’s the next step, so go for it.”

Dillard takes over at Lakeside for Lyndzee McConathy, who ended the Lady Warriors playoff drought last season.
